Debbie Pannell, Co-Agent
Debbie and I work together to give our clients the most comprehensive support possible. If one of us is unavailable, the other is in the loop on everything that is happening within the transaction, and can seamlessly step in to navigate any challenge that may arise. Her many years of experience also come to the negotiating table for a no-nonsense combo of Mariko’s attention to detail, and Debbie’s industry experience.
Debbie is a 3rd generation REALTOR® and follows in her parents and grandparents footsteps of consistency, integrity and perseverance. Before obtaining her real estate license, Debbie spent 6 years at a local title and escrow company learning all of the nuts and bolts of the homeownership process from "behind the scenes". With over 26 years of experience in an ever changing and challenging real estate environment, Debbie remains steady and calm. She offers guidance, wisdom and friendship along the way. She truly believes that in order to buy or sell real estate, it takes the skill, patience, determination and trustworthiness of a power team, and prides herself on those relationships. Debbie’s book of business is strongly weighted on her client referrals by family, friends, co-workers, neighbors, etc. that have had a successful real estate experience with her before.
Debbie has lived in Sonoma County most of her life and loves everything about it. When she’s not selling real estate and helping her clients, she enjoys road cycling, running, hiking, kayaking, RV camping with friends, pickleball and spending time with her family and friends outdoors enjoying this gorgeous place she calls home. Sharlyn Elwick, Transaction Coordinator
Sharlyn's role is to check and double check all the paperwork, collect signatures on disclosures and various necessary forms, as well as keep everyone on the escrow timeline.
Sharlyn began her career in real estate in 2020. Prior to working in real estate, she worked as Production Manager in live theater for nearly 20 years! Her role as Transaction Coordinator is to manage the paperwork and keep the team on track with the contractual deadlines.
Local to Petaluma, she enjoys spending her free time outdoors: camping, mountain biking, road trips, skiing, and most other outdoor adventures. She is grateful to live in a county and state with so much to offer, and she takes advantage of it every chance she gets!

Meghann Rubino, Marketing
Meghann is a marketing professional with a focus on delivering high-quality marketing materials for property listings. She supports my listings by creating beautiful property brochures, videos, email campaigns, and social media content, as well as creating a property specific website to make sure that each listing is presented in its best light.
Meghann believes that when listing a property, you have one chance to make the best impression possible, so it’s imperative to hit the market with all your marketing materials available for potential buyers.
In her free time, Meghann enjoys cheering on her children at their sporting events, curling up with a good book and exploring new restaurants with family and friends.
