Price: Using data and a market knowledge driven approach, we crunch the numbers to recommend a launch price for your property that will draw the biggest crowd and fetch the highest price.
Marketing
This is one of the places we really SHINE. The best real estate photographers and videographers will highlight all the reasons that active buyers need to come and see this glorious property ASAP, and IN PERSON. After the photos are done, and everything is in place, your property is pushed out to the entire nation! All the online avenues that buyers use to find their next home. From there, I also engage in print, social media, and in-person marketing to name a few.
Results
Once the property has launched, the magic starts to happen. All those hours spent on preparation pay off, as qualified buyers fall in love with all your property has to offer. I maintain excellent communication with all interested parties, and make sure that anyone that was considering writing an offer, throws their hat in the ring. After vetting the buyers, offers are presented to you professionally, with all the information available, so you can make an educated choice on the potential buyers, and navigating the remainder of the sale process.
